I will not go back to this location ever again. Absolutely terrible customer service. The last 3 times I got my hair cut there it just terrible. I asked the lady to slow down while cutting my hair because she was bouncing the razor off my head. She does not check in with me about the length and shes always in a terrible mood. What happen to listening to customers needs? Not Attentive customer service expect the haircut you don’t want.

Use the check in on line for the first time. When I arrived I realized my normal stylist, Nicole, was there but was on the option while checking in. She gave me a hard time, lol. But as usual I received a great cut from Leann whom I go to when Nicole is not available. She is always friendly and nice to deal with. And gave me a nice haircut.

The haircut I received was the opposite of what I asked and additionally was poorly done. I asked specifically not to get the little boy summer cut. I did not want it to short as I am a business man and prefer not to look like I just got a hair cut. Additionally the sideburns were off by a 1/4 inch and the back was uneven from side to side as well as shaved almost an inch more on the right than on the left. I'm not sure why she she was so distracted but I would have preferred she pay more attention to me. Not once did she turn me around to let me see the back during the hair cut. At the end she seemed a little annoyed I asked to "blow out" the loose hairs. She did that half assed too. I had to run my fingers through it in the parking lot for a few minutes. Leann needs to pay closer attention to the clients requests. Terrible overall experience. (2nd time there, Last with "Q" was OK) I can't see my going back....but maybe try another location.
